How to register a seller account / 出品者アカウントの登録方法



Merchant Account Registration Process

1. Go to Sell On JRFUMART. Check in the top of the page. Click on “Sell On JRFUMART”.
2. You can also check from the bottom of the page. Click on “Sell On JRFUMART”.
3. You can also find it on “Become a Merchant”.




1. Click on “Pricing”.
2. As you are registering for the first time, we would like to recommend you subscribe to our free subscription plan. Click on “Choose plan”. You can always change your subscription plan whenever it is needed.



Personal Details

1. Your selected subscription pricing is shown here. You can also change it if you want.
2. Input your full name.
3. Input your valid email address.
4. Input your strong password.
5. Input your password to re-confirm again.
6. Input your full address.
7. Choose your preferred language.


Shop Details

8. Input your Shop name.
9. Input your Shop address.
10. Input your phone number.
11. Select your Shop type. If you are an individual merchant, please select “Individual”. Else select “Corporate”.
*** For corporate shop type merchant must be input Company Legal name.



12. Select your living country. If you select Japan, an extra input field will be shown as “Product Type”. For outside of Japan, this input field won’t be shown.


Bank Details

13. Input your Bank name.
14. Input Bank’s Branch name.
15. Input account holder name.
16. Input account number.
17. Select type of account.



Attachments

18. Upload your residence / passport front part image.
19. Upload your residence / passport back part image.
20. Upload your full-page bank book image.
21. If you select shop type “Corporate”, Upload your Company Registration Paper image.


22. If you select your living place Japan and select product type as “Recycle Product” or “New & Recycle Product”, upload your Kobutsusho. For outside of Japan or new product, this input field won’t be shown.



23. Tick mark on “I agree to the terms”.
24. Tick mark on "I’m not a robot”.
25. After providing all the information, click on “Register” button.




Once registration is complete, the following registration completion screen will be displayed.



JRFUMART will review based on the submitted documents and input data. If there is no difference in the entered information, the shop status will be activated. After changing the shop status, JRFUMART will send the Agreement and User Guide as PDF files via email. Then, Merchant could be able to log in to the shop and could be upload the products according to the user guide.
