◆ How to make

1. Cut chicken into easy-to-eat pieces and soak in yogurt for about 30 minutes.

2. Finely chop the onion.

3. Heat salad oil or butter in a frying pan and fry the onions.

4. When the onions are slightly colored, add grated garlic and grated ginger and fry.

5. When the whole is golden brown, add canned whole tomatoes and water and set to high heat.

6. When it boils, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

7. Add all spices and stir fry. 1. Mix salt, peanut butter cream and fresh cream, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
